Protect work surfaces (metal foil works well). Bonding surfaces should be clean and dry. Roughen smooth surfaces for better adhesion (using abrasive and sandpaper). Remove storage cap located in plunger. POINT TIPS AWAY FROM FACE AND BODY WHILE OPENING. Point syringe towards mixing tray and snap off tip end and open. Use clean cardboard to mix on. DO NOT mix on metal. Dispense equal parts of resin and hardener by pressing down slowly on plunger. Mix thoroughly until uniform color using a wooden stick, plastic knife, or other clean non-metal stirrer. Apply mixed epoxy both surfaces to be bonded and hold parts together with a clamp, tape or weights. Remove excess epoxy immediately using a paper towel and denatured alcohol, prior to set. Product sets in 90 seconds. Item can be handled in 10 minutes. Full cure in 24 hours. NOTE: For cooler temperatures, setting time may be longer. To seal syringe, pull back on plunger, wipe tips and place cap firmly on tips. Cap will only fit one way on tips. Store upright with tips up. Cured product withstands -40°F to 140°F (-40°C to 60°C). Use in well ventilated area. Prolonged exposure to temperatures above 85°F may result in pressure build-up in unopened syringe. Use caution when opening, pointing tips away from face and body. Not recommended for drinking water applications. When cured product will be visible, pre-check color by mixing small sample on clean cardboard and viewing final color after 48 hours.
